Refund & Return Policy

At Ashok-Kumar.in, we take great care in crafting and energizing every product with devotion and authenticity. Since many of our items are spiritually consecrated and custom-prepared, we follow a fair but specific return and exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, if applicable.

The product must not have been altered, consecrated again, or used in any puja, ritual, or sadhna.

If the product was damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video evidence.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the spiritual and perishable nature of certain products, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Energized or consecrated products such as yantras, malas, dhoop, or Hanuman Gada after they have been used.

Products used in rituals, pujas, or personal worship.

Incense sticks or dhoop once opened or partially used.

Discounted items or clearance sale products, unless damaged or defective.

Items returned after the 7-day return period.

3. Return / Exchange Process

Approval & Instructions Once approved, we’ll share instructions for securely returning the product to our designated address.

Shipping the Product Back

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

The item must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refund / Replacement

For returns, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

For exchanges, we’ll dispatch the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Refunds Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete the inspection.

Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.

In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
